We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and support the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering projects. This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met with high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical knowledge in civil and geotechnical engineering, and the ability to lead discussions, manage documentation, and drive progress across all phases of the project lifecycle.


This role will be based in the Philippines


Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager (Project Coordinator), you will be responsible for:

Project Support & Execution

  • Prepare, review, and update project schedules and programmes of work.
  • Administer and manage project activities to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of all project-related information and submissions.
  • Lead meetings, workshops, and discussions, including preparing materials and ensuring accurate records.
  • Assist in tracking project billing and progress claims.
  • Provide regular updates to Project Leads and the Project Manager.

Coordination & Liaison

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design disciplines and quantity surveyors.
  • Liaise with clients, specialists, stakeholders, authorities, agencies, and other project parties to ensure smooth execution.

Tender & Proposal Support

  • Support the preparation of tender documents and assist in tender calling.
  • Prepare quality proposals, cost estimates, and briefing materials to help secure new projects.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare key reports and deliverables such as project cost reports, financial performance reports, project briefs, and risk management documentation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) of Singapore.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design or project management, especially in geotechnical, infrastructure, or marine/coastal projects.
  • Familiarity with authority submission requirements and processes.
  • Experience in ground improvement design and ground investigation works.
  • Knowledge of land reclamation, port & jetty, and coastal engineering projects is preferred.
  • Experience in contract administration is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, responsible, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel overseas when required.
