Your Skillset
- Expertise in full-stack development (Node.js, Next.js) and scalable systems
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents (e.g., Cursor, embeddings, LLMs)
- Strong grasp of API architecture, performance tuning, and database optimization (SQL)
- Technical leadership: from design to deployment
- Deep code quality standards: automation, testing, reviews, and focus on end-to-end ownership
- Effective communicator across product, design, and business
- Familiarity with cloud infra (AWS/GCP) and container tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Brings a generalist mindset — versatile, hands-on, and comfortable across the stack
- Moves fast, builds with precision, and expects high standards
- Thrives in early-stage startups where nothing is “someone else’s job”
