This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure business processes are efficient, and manage company resources to meet organizational goals. - Strong expertise in Business Planning, Operations Management, and overseeing cross-functional workflows
- Proficiency in Finance, Budgeting, and managing financial operations
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred)
- Prior experience in a senior management or COO role is highly desirable
