- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, overseeing multiple projects and leading a cross-functional team to ensure successful client implementations
- Manage program-level execution of work across various delivery teams, defining roadmaps and program interdependencies using Agile methodology
- Provide task assignments and guidance to the project team to achieve quality results and meet tight deadlines
- Interact with clients, representing the employer in meetings and providing executive status reporting on project progress and change management
- BA/BS or equivalent college degree with 5-10 years of functional experience and 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager; PMP certification is encouraged
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies in enterprise-level application development
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master supporting a software engineering team
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in large-scale technology modernization and managing platforms in the Cloud
- Familiarity with the full software development life cycle and the roles of different teams within it
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to propose technical alternatives and understand technical implementation at the architecture level
