What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a technical project manager on client project implementations, managing projects that may exceed twelve months and have significant budget impacts
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, overseeing multiple projects and leading a cross-functional team to ensure successful client implementations
• Manage program-level execution of work across various delivery teams, defining roadmaps and program interdependencies using Agile methodology
• Provide task assignments and guidance to the project team to achieve quality results and meet tight deadlines
• Interact with clients, representing the employer in meetings and providing executive status reporting on project progress and change management
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BA/BS or equivalent college degree with 5-10 years of functional experience and 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Proven experience as a Project Manager; PMP certification is encouraged
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies in enterprise-level application development
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master supporting a software engineering team
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in large-scale technology modernization and managing platforms in the Cloud
• Familiarity with the full software development life cycle and the roles of different teams within it
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
• Ability to propose technical alternatives and understand technical implementation at the architecture level
