Overview

We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Management Specialist to support enterprise data initiatives by collecting, validating, and analyzing business-critical data across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and technical skills with hands-on testing, validation, and reporting expertise to deliver reliable insights that drive strategic decisions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that support business growth.
  • Create and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, and product owners to translate business goals and requirements into actionable data analysis solutions.
  • Partner with product owners and engineers to develop and execute comprehensive data test cases, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct data quality checks, validation testing, and performance assessments across datasets and reports.
  • Develop and deliver reports, visualizations, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on analytical insights.
  • Contribute to discussions on data science, architecture, and analytics design to ensure scalability and accuracy across the data platform.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience testing, validating, and troubleshooting data flows and reports.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into data test cases and validation criteria.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to partner effectively with product owners, engineers, and analysts.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted data analysis and testing tools.
  • Experience designing or optimizing dashboards and BI reports using platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.

Technical Proficiencies

  • Required: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred: Power BI, Tableau, and AI-based testing tools
  • Strong proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent).
  • Focus: Data analysis, validation, testing, and insights development for large-scale data platforms.
