We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Management Specialist to support enterprise data initiatives by collecting, validating, and analyzing business-critical data across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and technical skills with hands-on testing, validation, and reporting expertise to deliver reliable insights that drive strategic decisions and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Management Specialist to support enterprise data initiatives by collecting, validating, and analyzing business-critical data across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and technical skills with hands-on testing, validation, and reporting expertise to deliver reliable insights that drive strategic decisions and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that support business growth.
- Create and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, and product owners to translate business goals and requirements into actionable data analysis solutions.
- Partner with product owners and engineers to develop and execute comprehensive data test cases, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct data quality checks, validation testing, and performance assessments across datasets and reports.
- Develop and deliver reports, visualizations, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on analytical insights.
- Contribute to discussions on data science, architecture, and analytics design to ensure scalability and accuracy across the data platform.
- Hands-on experience testing, validating, and troubleshooting data flows and reports.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into data test cases and validation criteria.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills to partner effectively with product owners, engineers, and analysts.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted data analysis and testing tools.
- Experience designing or optimizing dashboards and BI reports using platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Required: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred: Power BI, Tableau, and AI-based testing tools
- Strong proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent).
- Focus: Data analysis, validation, testing, and insights development for large-scale data platforms.
- Advanced database and analytical expertise
- Strong testing and validation capabilities across data workflows
- Ability to design and interpret actionable, data-driven insights
- Understanding of data security and privacy best practices
