Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage web applications using Laravel framework efficiently.
- Integrate front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application seamlessly.
- Build performant and scalable backend components to support application goals.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal application performance.
- Implement security policies and data protection protocols to safeguard application data.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability to enhance user experience.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and implement feature requirements.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Deploy software updates and fixes in a timely manner, maintaining application integrity.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation for ongoing development projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Proven experience as a Laravel Developer or similar role in web development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework is essential for this role.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS is beneficial.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages is required.
- Knowledge of web technologies including RESTful APIs, JSON, and Ajax is necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in code development.
- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code for scalable applications.
- Strong understanding of the MVC architectural pattern and other design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
