Delta4 Infotech Pvt. Ltd., the team behind YourGPT, is building advanced AI-powered solutions that enable businesses to automate workflows and scale faster. We are looking for a Node.js Developer(Fresher) to join our team in Mohali, who will be responsible for developing and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems that power our AI-driven products. In this role, you will work closely with our AI and product teams to integrate intelligent, real-time functionalities into production-ready applications.

Responsibilities :-

  • Develop and manage backend applications using Node.js, Express.js & NestJS.
  • Implement AI APIs, LLM services, and automation workflows into the system.
  • Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Design, integrate, and refine RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
  • Manage databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL to handle data efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Javascript, Node.js technologies & AI driven practices.
  • Collaborate with the frontend developers and AI engineers to deliver features efficiently and intelligently.

Requirements :-

  • Fresher to 1 year of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js.
  • Exposure to Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Practical Exposure with Express.js or NestJS frameworks.
  • Strong practical skills in Javascript (ES6+) and Node.js.
  • Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event loop in Node.js.
  • Practical knowledege of API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and middleware.
  • Hands -on implementation of database systems including MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Familarity with the modern AI frameworks, SDKs, and API integrations (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Gemini, etc.).

Good To Have :-

  • Practical experience integrating AI API integrations, building chatbot systems, or automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of microservices, serverless architecture, or WebSocket programming.
  • Strong understanding of deploying Node.js applications to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • A proactive mindset to experiment with emerging AI developer tools.
