We are also developing our in-house product — NextKinLife Insurance, a family-focused insurance and beneficiary management platform — which is currently live in its test version at 🔗 https://nextkinlife.org.

Candidates with basic understanding or prior exposure to insurance underwriting or claims workflows will have an added advantage, as this product involves policy management, beneficiary handling, and claim evaluation logic. (Some working knowledge of insurance domain or underwriting is preferred.)

We are expanding our team and looking for passionate developers to work with cutting-edge technologies and make an impact on global projects. We are currently hiring in India and seeking top-tier talent to join our innovative, fast-growing team.

Role Overview

We are looking to hire Flutter Developers with Basic backend expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS. You will be responsible for building high-performance mobile applications and scalable backend services, collaborating closely with our U.S.-based team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement backend services using Node.js (Express.js).
• Work with MongoDB for data modeling and database operations.
• Use AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) for backend infrastructure.
• Manage state using Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Integrate and manage RESTful APIs.
• Optimize app performance across both iOS and Android.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with remote teams, especially the U.S. team, across time zones.

Required Skills

• 6 months of hands-on experience in mobile app development with Flutter & Dart.
• Strong backend skills in Node.js (Express.js).
• Experience with MongoDB for backend data operations.
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Good understanding of RESTful API integration.
• Experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across international teams.
• Strong attention to clean code, documentation, and best practices.
• (Basic knowledge of insurance or underwriting workflows is a plus.)
