Clinical Program Manager, AHS

Description

At Amazon, we are seeking an experienced Medical Quality Manager to lead clinical operations and ensure medical accuracy for our symptom assessment platform. You will manage a team of junior doctors, ensuring high-quality training data and maintaining clinical standards as we scale our product offerings to customers. This position will require a MBBS degree (i.e. a qualified medical doctor).

Key job responsibilities

• Lead quality control processes for medical annotation teams to maintain >90% accuracy rates
• Manage and develop a team of junior doctors in medical data annotation at scale
• Establish clinical validation protocols and review complex medical cases
• Conduct systematic review of AI model outputs against medical guidelines
• Design efficient annotation workflows that are HIPPA compliant
• Implement quality metrics and performance tracking systems
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams on medical workflow optimization
• Lead medical review processes for complex diagnostic scenarios
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
