This is a contract-based Junior Business Analyst role, located in Pune with a hybrid work model offering the flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining processes, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure their needs are effectively translated into actionable solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating across teams to drive business outcomes.
