About The Role
ADA’s Digital Commerce team helps leading consumer brands in Asia build, operate, and grow their Brand-dot-com (D2C) channels. We’re looking for a Project Management Lead to spearhead complex digital commerce implementation projects across platforms like Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
You will be the key orchestrator between clients, internal cross-functional teams, and technology vendors – ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of digital commerce projects that drive business outcomes.

About The Role
ADA’s Digital Commerce team helps leading consumer brands in Asia build, operate, and grow their Brand-dot-com (D2C) channels. We’re looking for a Project Management Lead to spearhead complex digital commerce implementation projects across platforms like Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
You will be the key orchestrator between clients, internal cross-functional teams, and technology vendors – ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of digital commerce projects that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Management
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multi-market, cross-functional eCommerce implementation projects.
- Manage detailed project plans, budgets, resourcing, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Drive Agile ceremonies (scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives) or Waterfall governance as per project fit.
- Act as the single point-of-contact (SPOC) for clients on project execution matters.
- Run weekly status calls, executive steering committees, and ensure all deliverables and expectations are aligned.
- Translate client business requirements into actionable deliverables for internal and external teams.
- Coordinate closely with solution architects, developers, QA testers, and 3rd-party tech vendors across Adobe, SFCC, Shopify ecosystems.
- Ensure smooth delivery hand-offs between CX, Tech, Ops, and Growth teams within ADA and external tech partners.
- Expertly manage projects using tools like JIRA, Asana, MS Project or equivalent.
- Maintain structured documentation of project status, UAT logs, change requests, timelines, and retrospectives.
- Drive delivery governance models across key enterprise clients.
- Pre-empt project risks, scope creep, or misalignment and resolve/escalate proactively.
- 4-6 years of experience in digital project management, ideally within an agency, digital consultancy, or systems integrator environment.
- Proven delivery of enterprise-grade eCommerce projects on platforms like Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify Plus, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture, REST APIs, CMS integrations, and 3rd-party connectors in the eCommerce stack.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and deadline-oriented.
- Calm under pressure, with a bias for action and ownership.
- Scrum Master or PMP certification.
- Experience in working with MarTech, CRM, or CDP tools alongside commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with localization, multi-language/multi-currency deployment projects.
- Prior exposure to Digital Commerce ecosystems across SEA or APAC markets is a strong plus.
