About The Role
We are seeking an AI UX Design Intern with a strong passion for designing intuitive and user-centric, AI-powered experiences. You will work on designing, prototyping, and testing the user interactions for our AI tools, focusing on conversational interfaces, intuitive data visualization, and AI-assisted decision support.
This is a hands-on role where you will help shape how AI can be made intuitive, accessible, and trustworthy for our users, helping them leverage complex technology with confidence. 🚀
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Translate complex AI capabilities and user needs into simple, elegant, and accessible user journeys, user flows, and interaction designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for AI-driven features, including conversational UIs (chatbots) and data-heavy interfaces.
- Design and conduct usability testing sessions specifically for AI-powered prototypes to gather qualitative and quantitative user feedback.
- Analyze user feedback and testing data to identify pain points, usability issues, and areas of friction or mistrust in the human-AI interaction.
- Collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Product Managers, and Researchers to iterate on designs and ensure user needs are balanced with technical feasibility.
- Document and present design concepts, user research findings, and design recommendations to internal teams.
Our Humble Wishlist Includes
- Pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, wireframing, and prototyping (please include a link with your application).
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing methods, and user research.
- A strong, demonstrable interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and human-AI interaction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
