Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Lincoln, Teal Park 3 days on site per week, 2 from home

Contract Length: 6 Months

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is seeking an Assistant Standard Business Project Manager to join our client’s team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of spares, factory overhauls, site overhauls, and retrofit orders for a designated group of customers or fleet.
• Coordinate with project and retrofit teams to ensure timely supply and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Handle commercial aspects of projects, including disputed debts, NCC costs, and warranty spend.
• Maintain financial accountability with responsibility for GM, EBIT, on-time delivery, and LDs.
• Support project managers with retrofit projects and any associated spares deliveries.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding project progress, contractual matters, and delivery schedules.

Experience Required

• SAP Experience
• Preferably experience in a gas turbine or engineering-related industry, with commercial or technical exposure.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
• Suitable for graduate entry level candidates looking to grow their career in project management.
