About The Role

As a Business Analyst in a newly established Voice Platform Team, you’ll support platform enhancements and drive the adoption of new AI tools. You’ll work closely with delivery teams, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into meaningful solutions that support Suncorp’s transformation strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a platform subject matter expert, translating business needs into actionable requirements
• Collaborate with product owners and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with customer strategy
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews to support agile delivery
• Analyse and document requirements, validate business benefits, and support solution design
• Build strong relationships across technology and business teams to drive successful outcomes
• Support UAT and post-implementation activities to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years experience in business analysis within technology or platform teams
• Strong understanding of Agile practices, BABOK, and solution design principles
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicting priorities
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and platforms such as NodeJS, React.JS
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver clear, customer-focused solutions
