Your Responsibilities

- Ensure physical security across all locations (e.g., travel safety, access control systems, video surveillance)
- Oversee information security measures and compliance across the organization
- Develop, standardize, and implement global security processes and frameworks
- Secure all business areas through technical, organizational, and procedural measures
- Lead and develop an international security team (e.g., Physical Security Experts, Security Officers, Travel Security Experts)
- Several years of experience in security management (focus on strategy and standards, not guarding services)
- Strong technical understanding of security systems (e.g., access control, video surveillance)
- Experience in designing and implementing security processes and standards
- Ability to establish and roll out global standards across departments
- Professional background in law enforcement or military is a plus, but not required
- Flexible working hours with no core time and the possibility to work from home
