Key Responsibilities
- Manage liquidity and cash flow to maintain adequate working capital and financial stability.
- Align treasury activities with financial modeling to support long-term strategic goals.
- Oversee daily payment processing and maintain robust internal controls.
- Develop, implement, and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and financial governance frameworks.
- Coordinate financing arrangements, including payment terms, credit lines, and leasing structures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with accounting, controlling, operations, and executive leadership on financial matters.
- Contribute to financial planning for aircraft acquisition, leasing, maintenance reserves, and fuel hedging strategies (as applicable).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of finance experience, including 1-3 years in treasury management.
- Strong understanding of cash management, capital markets, risk management, and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms, and financial reporting tools.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Comfortable in dynamic, growth-oriented environments and supporting executive decision-making.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Aviation industry experience is a plus, but not required.
