We are seeking a skilled and strategic Treasury Specialist to oversee the company's liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk management. This role plays a key part in supporting long-term financial strategy, ensuring operational stability, and driving effective treasury operations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, treasury experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage liquidity and cash flow to maintain adequate working capital and financial stability.
  • Align treasury activities with financial modeling to support long-term strategic goals.
  • Oversee daily payment processing and maintain robust internal controls.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and financial governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate financing arrangements, including payment terms, credit lines, and leasing structures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with accounting, controlling, operations, and executive leadership on financial matters.
  • Contribute to financial planning for aircraft acquisition, leasing, maintenance reserves, and fuel hedging strategies (as applicable).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  • 5+ years of finance experience, including 1-3 years in treasury management.
  • Strong understanding of cash management, capital markets, risk management, and corporate finance principles.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms, and financial reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Comfortable in dynamic, growth-oriented environments and supporting executive decision-making.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Aviation industry experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the European Union (valid work permit or EU citizenship required).
