Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager for Export Markets (DACH region) located in Tartu, Estonia. The primary responsibilities include building and managing relationships with clients in the German-speaking DACH region, identifying new market opportunities, and executing sales strategies. The role involves negotiating agreements, providing product-related consultations, tracking market trends, and reporting progress to the management team. Strong collaboration with other departments to fulfill customer needs is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to foster B2B relationships
- Understanding of market analysis, strategic planning, and export logistics
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in Estonian is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-cultural business environments
- Experience working in sales within the DACH region is desirable
- Proficiency with sales tools, CRM systems, and basic computer skills
- Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to travel for professional purposes
- Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
