About the Role
Qvantel Customer Operations in Europe region is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join an established customer program team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a higher education degree (such as Master`s Degree) and 1–3 years of professional experience, and who is eager to grow in the field of project management. You will work closely with senior professionals and cross-functional teams to support the successful continuous delivery project deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards. You will focus on removing blockers and ensuring success of your project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordinating, and monitoring of development activities from initiation to completion.
- Project reporting, tracking of milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Lead and prepare project meetings.
- Help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in project or service management, or related coordination roles in the IT industry is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong logical thinking and organizational abilities
- Proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
