A leading PE-backed Fintech platform is entering a major growth and digital transformation phase. The Chief of Staff will partner closely with the CEO to drive execution of the value creation plan, ensuring focus, pace, and alignment across strategic priorities. The remit spans strategy delivery, operating cadence, performance tracking, and key transformation initiatives, including digitalisation, operational scaling, and international expansion.
The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years’ experience from a top-tier consulting firm, with exposure to software, SaaS, fintech, or tech-enabled services, and a strong understanding of private equity value creation levers such as growth acceleration, pricing, and efficiency improvement. They must be autonomous, proactive, and commercially astute, able to operate across C-suite and investor levels with credibility. Strong analytical capability, structured problem-solving, and excellent stakeholder management are essential.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the centre of a high-performing, PE-backed organisation, supporting leadership through a period of rapid scaling while building a clear pathway to senior operational or general management roles.
