About The Role

Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We're looking for a Senior Product Strategist Manager to be the pivotal link between our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, ensuring our sales force is equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to win in the market. You'll drive the creation of all go-to-market materials and strategy, positioning our features for maximum impact and value.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing, coaching, and developing a team of Product Strategists and Marketing Enablement specialists
  • Defining and executing the overall product strategy and enablement roadmap for Revolut Business
  • Overseeing the creation of go-to-market materials, including sales decks, playbooks, one-pagers, and competitive intelligence guides
  • Acting as the primary stakeholder for Product and Sales, representing the team in high-level planning and roadmap discussions
  • Ensuring consistent product messaging and positioning across all internal and external channels
  • Aggregating customer and market insights to inform product development and refine go-to-market approaches
  • Leading and coordinating training sessions and certification programmes for global sales teams

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or sales enablement
  • 3+ years of experience in a people management role, leading and developing a team
  • Proven experience working in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex product features into clear, compelling business value for various audiences
  • A data-driven approach with a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes
  • The ability to coach team members and empower them with the knowledge and resources to succeed

Nice to have

  • Demonstrable commercial or sales experience, particularly within a high-growth startup
  • Experience owning a product or go-to-market stream and being accountable for its outcomes
  • A background in finance or related business field
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
