You’ll guide a team through a migration to .NET 8 in a fully automated Azure environment, while shaping the architecture and leading developers in both the Netherlands and Macedonia. Expect roughly 40% hands-on coding/architecture and 60% leadership, strategy, and stakeholder work.
Tech stack: .NET 8, C#, Angular 18, MS SQL, Azure, CI/CD with Azure DevOps.
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years’ experience in .NET/C# development
- Experience with web applications and cloud (Azure preferred)
- Leadership mindset — ready for a path to Development Manager
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
What’s on offer:
- Salary up to €88,000 base (incl. 13th month & holiday pay)
