We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team as our new #bloqstar. You’ll own a product area within our smart-locker ecosystem—driving discovery, roadmap, and execution across software, cloud services, and partner integrations—so that customers get fast, reliable, and scalable experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own a product domain end-to-end (e.g., Core Platform, Integrations, Locker Operations): discovery → PRD → launch → iteration with clear success metrics.
• Prioritize and maintain the roadmap/backlog, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Translate problems into crisp specs—PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria—and partner with Design and Engineering for delivery.
• Run structured discovery (user interviews, data analysis, experiments) and define KPIs; instrument features to measure outcomes.
• Collaborate tightly with Engineering (backend, web/mobile, firmware) to align APIs, contracts, and release plans; manage dependencies across squads.
• Coordinate go-to-market with CS/Revenue/Operations, including documentation, enablement, and change management for customers and field teams.
• Continuously improve platform quality and scale, helping to reduce tech debt and improve developer experience within your domain.
  
  

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• 3–6 years’ experience as a Product Manager in B2B enterprise/platform products; IoT/logistics/e-commerce exposure is a plus.
• Strong technical fluency: APIs and microservices basics, cloud concepts (AWS/Azure/GCP), and familiarity with IoT fundamentals (e.g., MQTT, OTA, device identity).
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), managing cross-team dependencies.
• Data-driven decision-making: comfortable with dashboards/analytics (Looker/Power BI/Amplitude) and basic SQL for self-serve analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, from executive updates to precise tickets and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with partner integrations (OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman collections, versioning and backward compatibility) is valued.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  
  

It Would Be Great If You Would Also Have

• Background collaborating with firmware/hardware teams on device-to-cloud workflows.
• Client facing experience - Translate complex request to simple product requirements
• Experience improving developer experience (DX): docs, SDKs, sandboxes.
• Proficiency in another European language (e.g., German, French).
