Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Backend Developer based in Barcelona. You will work on designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems and APIs, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with project requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end and backend components and contribute to software design discussions. The role also includes debugging and maintaining existing applications while staying current with new technologies and development best practices, and encouraging code review to ensure the maintenance of high-quality code and fostering knowledge sharing.
Though primarily office-based in Barcelona, the role offers some flexibility for remote work.
Key Requirements
- C#, .Net 8 (or superior), (Vue.js, JavaScript, Typescript - nice to have)
- Entity Framework Core
- T-SQL
- Experience with DDD
- Azure (Pipelines, App Services, Service Bus, Functions…)
- Experience with microservices.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in cross-functional teams
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Flexible and responsive to evolving priorities.
- Experience working on an agile environment.
- Accustomed to working in English.
