Network Operations Engineer (Cisco / Palo Alto) – Remote in Spain

Are you a hands-on Network Operations Engineer who loves solving real-world connectivity challenges? Join a global technology leader as the first line of defence for user connectivity — supporting employees, troubleshooting issues, and keeping the campus network running smoothly.

📍 Location: Spain (mostly remote – 1–2 days/month in Barcelona or Malaga depending on candidate preference)

📅 Contract: Initial 12 months (strong extension potential)

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to expert for end-user network connectivity and troubleshooting
• Maintain and configure Cisco StackWise campus switches
• Manage Palo Alto Networks firewall policies and operations
• Configure and maintain Cisco VLANs/trunking
• Act as escalation point for EMEA network operations
• Assist with Cisco Nexus/ACI and SD-WAN troubleshooting
• Participate in network security incident response

🎯 What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on experience with Cisco StackWise (daily operational use)
• Palo Alto firewall experience (ACE or PCNSE preferred)
• Cisco SD-WAN implementation and troubleshooting experience
• Strong end-user network support background (NOC, managed services, or campus ops)
• Excellent English (C1) communication for user-facing support
• Practical troubleshooting methodology and attention to detail
