We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer

This role will require working across teams using a micro-frontend framework to add user interfaces to bridge the gap between the backend APIs and the frontend interface. Engineering team works on an exciting mix of both greenfield and existing projects.

What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and well-tested code for new platform features.
• Collaborate with product management, UX specialists, QA testers, and internal users to create world-class user experiences across multiple platforms.
• Work independently and within cross-functional teams to ensure optimal customer experience.
• Optimize performance and diagnose complex issues in distributed systems.
• Design and develop for high availability and scalability.
• Build and test new features, support releases, and maintain documentation.
• Estimate development effort and contribute to defining coding standards and processes.
• Participate in on-call support as part of a rota.

What we are looking for:

• Backend expertise: Strong programming skills in Go and Java for backend services.
• Frontend proficiency: Solid experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (Vue.js ideally, React is a plus).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Proven experience developing and maintaining enterprise-grade systems at scale.
• Experience building REST/HTTP-based services.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions, including agentic AI or ML-based applications; familiarity with AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker) is a big plus.
• Knowledge of highly concurrent, distributed architectures.
• Customer-centric mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Understanding of UX design and SaaS product delivery.
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams and tackle low-level technical details when needed.

Nice to have:

• HTML and CSS3.
• Cloud experience (preferably AWS).
• Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
