Merzigo is currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.

As a Senior Business Analyst and a key member of our digital product operations, you will be responsible for bridging business needs with technical execution. This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in agile environments and is passionate about driving digital transformation through technology and strategic insight.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or similar fields,
• At least 7 years of experience in Business Analysis (software development experience considered a plus),
• Proficient in using UML diagrams and tools, and capable of writing Use-Case Specifications,
• Experience in software engineering practices and test processes,
• Experience in vendor management,
• Experience in the SDLC and agile working methodologies (Scrum, Kanban),
• Highly motivated by digitalization and actively applies emerging technology trends to their work,
• Able to communicate and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders,
• Demonstrates strong skills in presentation, reporting, and documentation,
• Capable of effectively facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams,
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals and align them with the overall strategy,
• Conduct meetings with business units and technical teams to prepare scope and technical analysis documentation,
• Lead and support the development of roadmaps for products,
• Provide end-user support and contribute to activities to increase product usage,
• Ensure coordination between departments,
• Participate in testing activities when necessary,
• Participate in agile practices including daily meetings, refinements, sprint planning, retrospectives and sprint reviews,
• Track emerging global and industry trends in technology and business; identify potential future application needs and contribute to planning efforts,
• Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management regarding ongoing work.
