Key Information
Salary: 19 000 – 23 500 PLN net/month – pure B2B contract
Working hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Polish time / CET) remaining 4 hours flexible

It Is Vital That You Have
- fluency in English (min. C1);
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role;
- strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, libraries);
- experience working with or maintaining design systems;
- good understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards;
- ability to turn complex concepts into simple, elegant solutions;
- experience designing interfaces for AI tools, ML applications, or prompt-based systems;
- strong experience working with Jira for project tracking, sprint management, and agile workflow optimization;
- strong experience using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
- working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- high communication skills;
- eager to learn and share knowledge;
- willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.).
- familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Tailwind, etc.) to better communicate with developers;
- motion design or micro-interaction skills (e.g., using After Effects, Lottie, or Framer Motion);
- experience working in an agile or fast-paced startup environment.

- design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for AI-powered applications and prototypes;
- apply design system principles to ensure consistency and scalability across multiple products;
- create and maintain reusable UI components, design patterns, and documentation;
- collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and AI specialists to translate ideas into functional designs;
- participate in the full design process – from concept and user flows to final high-fidelity prototypes;
- contribute to the overall design direction, providing insights and feedback to enhance UX and usability.
