We are seeking a passionate AI Engineer/Developer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that enhance enterprise digital platforms. In this role, you will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, software engineering, and data integration—driving innovation through real-world AI applications that deliver measurable business impact.
What is the job waiting for you?
- Develop AI projects and solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered integrations within enterprise digital platforms
- Conduct research and analysis on AI and ML technologies and trends to stay up to date with the latest advancements.
- Manage the deployment lifecycle of AI components using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Build AI orchestration pipelines including prompt processing, intent mapping, and data retrieval mechanisms
- Conduct functional and performance testing of deployed AI services
- Monitor and continuously optimize AI workloads in production environments
- Design data labeling and embedding strategies to make enterprise datasets searchable through AI.
- Work with senior team members to analyze current business practices and identify future opportunities for leveraging advanced analytics and AI solutions
What we are looking for?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer engineering, Software Engineering or Artificial Intelligence
- Proven experience in delivering AI-driven integration or deployment projects in a production or enterprise environment, demonstrating measurable results or operational impact
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks commonly used for API and backend development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, .NET or similar technologies)
- Familiar with AI Application Development tools (n8n, Replit, Lovable, Codex, Github CoPilot …etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Functions & Services, Bot Framework, Open AI, MS 365 SDK,… etc.
- Knowledge of agentic AI / multi-agent frameworks is considered an advantage
- Able to understand analytical methodologies and complex.
- Willing to live in Adana or İstanbul
