Specialist, Data Management & Business Analysis

Your Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements for IT solutions.
• Collaborating with business owners to define new reporting needs related to data management in central databases and data acquisition for reporting purposes.
• Translating business needs and requirements into proposals for IT solutions.
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes in the context of ongoing projects.
• Cooperating with Project Managers across the organization.
• Creating and maintaining analytical documentation.
• Developing expertise in data flow across various applications, maintaining documentation, and supporting the bank branch in identifying optimal solutions.
• Supporting business units and systems during the UAT phase of releases.
• Acquiring administrator-level skills in Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Our Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written at B2/C1 level).
• Proficiency in Polish (spoken and written at B2/C1 level).
• Proficiency in Italian (spoken and written at B2/C1 level).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a company in the banking sector.
• Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Ability to collect, process, and interpret data from various sources.
• Independence, proactivity, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
