We are currently looking for a ''Project Manager'' for our client operating in the service sector.
Our client is developing an innovative internal communication and learning platform designed to enhance collaboration, engagement, and continuous development across all employees. We are now looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and energetic Product Owner to lead the evolution and internal adoption of this platform.
Responsibilities
• Act as the product owner for the internal learning and communication platform.
• Drive the development of new modules, features, and improvement initiatives based on user feedback and business needs.
• Promote and increase employee engagement with the platform through creative campaigns and communication.
• Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and IT teams to ensure the platform aligns with corporate learning strategies.
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Serve as the internal ambassador for the product, presenting its value and usage to internal stakeholders (“internal clients”).
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and internal users to ensure smooth functionality and adoption.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Communication, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Internal Communication, or Digital HR solutions.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement, learning technologies, and change management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and proactive problem-solving ability.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
