Project Manager

MatchBox is hiring a Project Manager on behalf of a respected developer-builder with a strong pipeline of 6-storey wood-frame and mixed-use projects across BC. This is your chance to step into a lean, capable team where your work has real impact—and your voice actually matters.

You’ll work directly with experienced leadership on active projects in Coquitlam, Mission, Tsawwassen, and Campbell River, with more on the way—including tower work in partnership with BC Housing.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple wood-frame residential builds from precon to handover.
• Own the schedule, budget, trades, and documentation—this is full-scope PM work.
• Partner with supers, consultants, and ownership for seamless delivery.
• Issue POs, negotiate scopes, coordinate site activity, and manage change orders.
• Travel to sites as needed—expenses covered.
• Help shape early-stage planning on two upcoming towers in Vancouver.
  
  

About You

• You’ve delivered at least one mid-rise wood-frame project as a PM or strong APM.
• You understand how to lead a project while staying hands-on and detail-oriented.
• You’re confident with construction admin, project financials, and consultant coordination.
• You’re based in or near Vancouver and open to travel for site visits.
