Your Role

We’re looking for a Technical Lead to join early, take ownership of the product’s engineering roadmap, and build the infrastructure that scales with our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architecture across backend (Python) and frontend (React/Next.js)
• Maintain performance, security, and data flow integrity
• Help shape and prioritize product development
• Eventually build and lead a lean engineering team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong full-stack experience, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or payments
• Experience with transactional platforms, real-time data, or admin dashboards
• Proactive mindset—someone who ships fast and owns outcomes
• Ability to turn business goals into product requirements and clean architecture
