We are inviting applications for the role of Global Operations Head – Insurance (UK Market).

This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing large-scale Insurance Operations. The position demands strategic vision, operational rigor, and deep domain expertise in P&C Insurance and UK Market processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Insurance Operations and Service Delivery with full P&L accountability.
• Drive transformation and digital initiatives, leveraging automation, GenAI, and Lean Six Sigma frameworks.
• Engage with global clients to understand business priorities, address challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability.
• Ensure operational excellence through effective governance, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen client partnerships, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate across functions and geographies to align operations with broader business goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in P&C Insurance Operations with hands-on exposure to UK Market underwriting.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, multi-location teams and complex client portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in Operations, Service Delivery, Transformation, and P&L Management.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, digital enablement, and automation in operations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment and lead through influence.
