• 6+ years of Product Management experience in a software / product development organization (primary requirement)
• 1+ years of proven product development / support experience in a software / product development organization preferred
• Proven experience of interfacing with customers and understanding theirneeds
• Strong Techno-Commercial/ Business Orientation knowledge
• Financial management experience: Estimating, Budgeting, Pricing, Risk assessment

• 5+ Experience in a bank handling operations or credit.
• Drive Release Management team to adhereto the set timelines and budget to ensure smallnon-complex product / module / feature launch
