Job Description
This professional will be responsible for defining the data strategy and infrastructure to support Field Quality and other R&D areas, also Business Units, with a focus on operational data and failure data. The goal is to ensure the availability of high-quality information to drive both tactical execution and strategic decision-making. As this is a newly established area in SLA, we are building robust data foundations from the ground up-designing and implementing scalable solutions that enable advanced analytics, predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency. Our aim is to transform raw data into actionable insights that empower engineering teams and support continuous improvement across the fleet.

Job Description
This professional will be responsible for defining the data strategy and infrastructure to support Field Quality and other R&D areas, also Business Units, with a focus on operational data and failure data. The goal is to ensure the availability of high-quality information to drive both tactical execution and strategic decision-making. Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Assess the current infrastructure and identify the data and applications that need to be migrated.
- Develop a detailed migration plan, including timelines and specific steps.
- Implement the migration of data and applications to the cloud, ensuring data integrity and security during the process.
- Use appropriate tools and techniques to minimize downtime and service interruptions.
- Optimize cloud resources to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Monitor and maintain cloud systems, fixing issues and performing updates as needed.
- Ensure data security during and after the migration, implementing measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
- Compliance with information security regulations and policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a focus on technology.
- Desirable Master Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Systems Science (SQL, Azure AD, Azure cloud, Azure Data factory, Azure Devops, Visual Studio/VS code).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure (mandatory), Google Cloud, among others.
- Knowledge in networking, information security, and data management.Ability to develop and execute detailed migration plans.
- Experience in project management to coordinate teams and resources.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (desirable)
- Microsoft Certified: Data Engineering on Microsoft Azure DP-203 (mandatory)
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect (desirable)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Active CREA (mandatory)
- Ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders, including technical and business teams.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other IT professionals.
- Ability to adapt to changes and find effective solutions for unforeseen challenges.
