Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites.
- Collaborate with an offshore development team to build our in-house app for staff and clients.
- Take over ongoing maintenance and updates of the app once delivered by the offshore team.
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting within the organisation.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimise our online presence and digital engagement.
- Ensure system security, performance, and data integrity across all platforms.
- Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven Full Stack Developer skilled in both frontend and backend work.
- Proficient in WordPress, TypeScript, and ASP.NET.
- Experience with MySQL databases and AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
- Strong skills in API integration, Git, and general IT support.
- Analytical, reliable, and a great communicator who enjoys working across teams.
