About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Architect / Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI systems and solutions within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This unique role combines the responsibilities of both AI engineering and AI architecture, offering the opportunity to drive the technical direction of AI projects from development to deployment, ensuring that AI systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams such as product managers, data scientists, and engineers, as well as external suppliers, to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that optimize performance, enhance customer experience, and ensure the quality, security, and scalability of AI applications. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the technical landscape of AI systems in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, program managers, data scientists, and engineers to understand business needs and translate them into AI architecture & solutions.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, efficient AI systems and architectures that align with business objectives.
• Develop and implement end-to-end AI solutions, covering data collection, preprocessing, model training, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the development of generative AI solutions and applications to enhance product offerings, recommendations, and customer interactions.
• Explore new AI technologies, algorithms, and innovative approaches to improve system capabilities and business outcomes.
• Lead the deployment of machine learning models in production environments, using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Your Profile:

• Experience: 5+ years in AI, machine learning, and AI system architecture, with a proven track record of deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Architecture Expertise: In-depth experience in designing scalable, efficient AI architectures, including microservices for conversational AI, recommendation engines, and real-time applications.
• Containerization: Strong experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices for CI/CD in AI systems.
• Model Deployment: Hands-on experience in model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance monitoring.
• Monitoring Tools: Experience with observability and performance tracking tools for AI/ML applications, ensuring reliability and optimal performance.
