An excellent entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about Information Technology and Audio-Visual systems. This two-year traineeship combines hands-on technical work with formal study toward nationally recognised qualifications:
- Year 1: ICT30120 Certificate III in Information Technology
- Year 2: ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology
- Assisting Senior Technicians with installations and service work
- Basic rack building and cable terminations
- Setting up and commissioning AV equipment
- Handling Tier 1 support calls and remote monitoring
- Delivering equipment to customer sites
- General office and technical housekeeping
- Paid, full-time experience in IT and AV technology
- On-the-job mentorship from senior techs
- A pathway to a permanent AV/ICT Technician role after completion
- Enthusiasm for IT and Audio-Visual technology
- Strong problem-solving and learning aptitude
- Provisional Driver’s Licence (or ability to obtain one within 6 months)
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week)
