The Role:

We are looking for Graduate Software Engineers who are passionate about front-end development and eager to make an impact. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to design, build, and improve the user-facing elements of the swipejobs platform.
• Take ownership of front-end features, writing clean, testable, and high-quality code.
• Proactively contribute to design discussions and sprint planning, bringing your passion for UI/UX to the table.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless and performant user experience.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality, share best practices, and learn from the team.
• Explore new tools, frameworks, and technologies to drive front-end innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

• A true passion for front-end development and a keen eye for design and user experience.
• A "self-starter" attitude and a sense of "hustle" — you're proactive, driven, and thrive on getting things done.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and a strong understanding of web frameworks, especially React.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A great communicator who can articulate technical ideas and collaborate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bonus Points (a plus, but not required) is experience with mobile app development (especially React Native).
