About the Role
Woods Bagot is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator with SAP SuccessFactors experience for a 6-month fixed term contract to our support our team during a busy project. Based in our Melbourne studio, you will be part of an agile, experienced and supportive People & Culture (P&C) global function.
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our HR operations focused on our Australian region, ensuring data integrity, supporting key people processes, and enabling our team to thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Regional P&C Manager with employment contracts and related employment paperwork.
- Liaising with P&C, studios and payroll to ensure employee related documentation and processes are followed.
- Ensuring all employee changes are effectively recorded and executed within our HRIS and employee files.
- Ad hoc and regular reporting and data auditing.
- Responding to system enquiries and escalating issues when required.
- Providing advice to managers and employees on how to effectively use P&C systems.
- Administration for global and regional P&C teams.
- Back up support to HRIS Administrators in other regions.
- Support with annual performance/ pay/ promotion cycle including maintaining spreadsheet data.
- Contribute to P&C related projects and initiatives.
About You
You’re experienced with SAP SuccessFactors (ideally Employee Central, Time Off, Performance & Goals, and Story Reporting) and bring strong Excel skills. You thrive in complex, global environments and are passionate about process excellence. Your attention to detail and proactive mindset will help us deliver best-in-class HR support. A tertiary qualification in a related HR or business field, is essential.
From an interpersonal perspective you will be someone who enjoys working in a team environment but can also work autonomously and drive your own work and delivery. You will get along with a variety of people and personalities and enjoy working within a creative and fast paced environment.
