About The Role
As part of our Fragrance Production team, you’ll lead the development and launch of custom scented products – ensuring each project meets our creative vision, quality standards, budget, and timelines.
This role blends creativity with precision. You’ll work closely with team members across key functions, including creative, costing and pricing, packaging, testing, and supply chain to ensure projects are delivered on time and transform imaginative ideas into beautifully executed products. Combining a blend of creative flair and analytical expertise, your talent for capturing imaginative concepts and transforming them into well-defined project schedules will be fundamental to your success in this position.
To help our clients translate their brand identity into a signature scent through bespoke diffusers, fragrances, and sensory products that evoke emotion and elevate brand experiences, you will:
- Manage the full product development lifecycle; from research and concept design to testing, manufacturing, and launch
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
- Negotiate pricing and lead times, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Source and manage relationships with local and international suppliers
- Liaise with our warehouse team to ensure smooth product receipt and quality control
- Work closely with our Graphic Designer to ensure packaging and presentation align with creative briefs
- Track all project financials and ensure budget adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between client needs and business goals
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and innovation
- Use JIRA to manage timelines, track progress, and assign tasks
You’ll have the freedom to make your mark, bringing creativity, structure, and flair to the role. Working with luxury and lifestyle brands across hospitality, retail, fashion, and wellness, you’ll enjoy a diverse and rewarding scope of work.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in product development and project management
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients
- Experience with design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop and/or InDesign
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and calm under pressure
- A proactive problem-solver with a practical and optimistic mindset
- Experience leading and mentoring team members
- Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones (Australia, Asia, Europe, and the Americas)
- Genuine enthusiasm for the creative, sensory world of scent and design
