We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Salesforce Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of Salesforce projects.

This role involves managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the alignment of all activities with strategic business objectives. You will be responsible for delivering Salesforce implementations, integrations, and enhancements on time, within scope, and with a focus on client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely delivery
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers, administrators, analysts, and QA testers
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities, track progress, and address issues or obstacles proactively
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project communications, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Manage data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, data security protocols, and Salesforce best practices
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and end-user training to ensure smooth adoption of new Salesforce systems and features
  • Continuously review and enhance project management tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce-related roles
  • Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles such as Manager, Architect, Coordinator, Lead, or Owner
  • At least 2 years of experience managing teams with 20 or more members
  • Participation in at least 5 full-cycle Salesforce projects or experience launching products or key product capabilities to market
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, products, and capabilities
  • Proven experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at an advanced level to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders

 

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or PMP
  • Experience with Salesforce Core Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or API-based solutions
  • Knowledge of data migration processes and change management strategies
