Spindl is building Europe’s next-gen restaurant operating system used by ambitious hospitality brands across the Nordics, UK and beyond. We merge delivery, POS, loyalty, and automation into one clean platform.

Now we’re looking for someone sharp to join our tech support team. You’ll be the person restaurants rely on when something doesn’t work (hardware, software, setup, network, tablets, whatever).

You’ll dig into logs, replicate bugs, talk to customers, and translate chaos into clear insights for the devs.This role sits right between tech and customer ops, ideal for someone who’s technical, curious, and hungry to grow into development.


What you’ll do

  • Support restaurants using Spindl across hardware (POS, printers, tablets, kiosks) and software.
  • Troubleshoot issues, read system logs, and identify patterns or bugs.
  • Guide customers through onboarding and hardware setup.
  • Act as the bridge between our dev team and end users, help prioritize and describe issues clearly.
  • Use internal tools and AI assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT) to speed up debugging and documentation.
  • Occasionally write or edit small code snippets, scripts, or automation fixes.


What we’re looking for

  • Tech-savvy mindset, not afraid of terminal windows, APIs, or JSON.
  • Strong communication skills in English; any Nordic language is a bonus.
  • Calm and fast problem-solver who doesn’t get stuck.
  • Some coding ability (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
  • Curiosity about how systems connect (POS, payment terminals, delivery apps, etc).
  • Bonus: experience with AI dev tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
