About The Role
We are now looking for a People Manager for a team developing and delivering healthcare information systems to private healthcare providers. You will have agile, project, deployment and customer support teams in your line. Our solution, DynamicHealth, is exclusively designed for the essential needs of private healthcare being also the market leader in Finland.

About The Role

In this role you will be responsible for
- Leading and developing your team and its operations
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting your team members
- Competence development
- Creating conditions for a strong operating culture with positive attitudes, values, goals, and behavior
- Experience and success in leading people
- Ability to drive changes, improvements, and measures
- Strong drive combined with a proactive way of working to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency
- Good knowledge of software development, agile teams, project delivery/deployment and customer support processes
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Finnish and English
