- Organize required analysis sessions (meetings/workshops) together with the Project manager, architect and technical lead;
- Capture and detail all functional and non-functional requirements for all projects from business colleagues and write specific documents, Business Requirements Analysis, Business Requirements Specification, Blue Print, contribute to the testing phases and other needs related to the requirements of the projects;
- Map the requirements to specific use cases, user stories etc;
- Identify overlaps in requirements;
- Contribute to the requirements traceability matrix creation;
- Ensure that the business requirements are implemented at the end of the project;
- Manage the requirements changes and additions during project lifecycle;
- Act as a liaison between business and the digital teams;
- Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states;
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Analytical skills;
- Excellent communication abilities;
- Understanding of software development lifecycle;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking, listening);
- Over 6 years of experience in digital projects as a Business Analyst;
- Experience in Oil & Gas (exploration and Production area) constitutes an advantage, but not mandatory;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
