Aramark Ireland are currently seeking a Project Coordinator on a fixed term basis with the possibility of extension to specifically support the successful delivery of a large-scale technology project. The role will focus on working alongside the Project Manager offering support with the administrative tasks associated with the projects.



About the projects:

This project is a live 4-storey building in the City Centre, with staff currently working there. The candidate is required to start from the middle or 3rd week in November for a period of 4 months, with possible extension. This person will need to be based full-time at the building (St Stephen’s Green)

Refurbishment of two lifts (commencing 11th November)

Replacement of all air-conditioning throughout the building (already started)

Office refurbishment – replacement of carpets, painting and replacement of blinds (Commencing 18th or 25th November)


Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Project planning - ensure project success by providing administrative support
  • This role is to coordinate all three contractors live projects and ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • There will also be additional smaller deliveries and set ups that may arise and need to be coordinated
  • Team coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and building codes
  • Running reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis or when required
  • Ensure all stakeholders/partners are kept appraised of progress
  • Assist internal teams and ensure they have access to the correct information
  • Identify any problems or issues in admin/operations processes and systems and assist in resolving them in quick and effective manner



The ideal candidate

  • This person must have experience in a similar building or construction environment
  • This person must have experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary services
  • Must have excellent communication and administration skills
  • Must be able to schedule different works so as not to interfere with the working environment
  • Must have an understanding of Health & Safety practices
  • Good housekeeping
  • You must have strong administrative skills
  • You must be well organised, process driven and able to multitask
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail is required
