We’re looking for a Content & Community Lead (Volunteer) to help us connect with farmers, buyers, and changemakers through engaging social media storytelling.

📣 About the Role

You’ll lead our content and community efforts on Instagram and LinkedIn: planning posts, writing captions, managing DMs, and gathering feedback from our audience. Your voice will help build trust, spark conversations, and grow our impact.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage a weekly content calendar

• Write clear, empathetic posts and captions aligned with our mission. You will have editors who will help to design the posts and reels.

• Respond to DMs and comments with warmth and professionalism

• Gather feedback from followers and share insights with the team

• Collaborate with our Visual Creator and Video Editor to align messaging and visuals

• Have strong writing skills and a feel for social media tone

• Are comfortable using Instagram and LinkedIn professionally

• Care about sustainability, food systems, or tech for good

• Can commit ~3–5 hours/week remotely

• Speak and understand English well enough to collaborate and write content
