We serve a range of carbon-emitting industries including cement, blue hydrogen, bio/waste-to-energy, and gas-to-power among others. Through our portfolio of projects, we are mitigating the environmental cost of industrial activity for a cleaner, more sustainable future. SLB Capturi is one of the leading companies globally that has extensive knowledge of the entire CCUS value chain. We have many ongoing projects, from research and innovation, including pilot plant testing, to concept studies and to large EPC projects, both in Europe and in the United States. Today, we are delivering seven carbon capture units in Europe, with an accumulated capture capacity of 1 million tonnes of CO2. In Denmark, we are delivering five Just Catch 100 units to Ørsted, in the Netherlands one Just Catch 100 unit to Twence, and in Norway a Big Catch to Heidelberg Materials.
The Products Department is responsible for leading all development activities related to our carbon capture product portfolio, turning innovative ideas into market-ready solutions and continuously enhancing existing products to improve competitiveness and extend market reach. Our products are developed for use in both early-phase studies (pre-FEED/FEED) and full-scale EPC/OEM realization projects.

As Our Product Developer Lead you will:
- Lead the development of new carbon capture technologies and products within the Mechanical/Structural discipline
- Design structures that are construction- and fabrication-friendly, ensuring practicality and efficiency
- Align structural methods, philosophies, and standards with those of the Engineering Department
- Translate technology requirements and industry best practices into robust, cost-effective solutions for productized systems and full-scale plants
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
- Coordinate and review mechanical and structural deliverables across active Product Development projects, ensuring quality, alignment, and timely execution
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in technology or product development
- Proficient in structural design of modular process units and large process vessels
- Experienced in interface and coordination with civil engineering disciplines
- Skilled in using state-of-the-art static and dynamic calculation tools
- A doer and a lead
- Ambitious and a problem solver
- Able to work together with other skilled people and able to work independently
