About the Role:
Well Concept Real Estate Development LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated professional to manage all stages of project development — from concept and tendering to permit documentation and project registration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the development of design and project concepts
- Manage construction tender processes and contractor coordination
- Handle all documentation for permits, approvals, and authority submissions
- Prepare and maintain project registration (RERA, DLD, Trakheesi, Escrow, etc.)
- Supervise operational contracts and consultant agreements
- Ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role within a Dubai-based real estate development company
- Strong understanding of Dubai regulations and authority procedures
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and project management skills
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred
