We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable OutSystems Engineer to join our remote development team. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining mission-critical applications that serve the public, ensuring compliance with government standards and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using OutSystems
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Ensure applications meet government security and accessibility standards
- Integrate systems via REST/SOAP APIs and external services
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support deployment activities
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in knowledge transfer sessions
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for live applications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in OutSystems development
- Strong understanding of OutSystems architecture and best practices
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- OutSystems certification preferred
- Experience working on government or public sector projects is a plus
